To help customers navigate the 70 plus tools in the Ryobi ONE+ range, and find the perfect gift, we created an interactive Facebook chatbot – The Ryobot!


The Ryobot has given customers a new way to engage with the brand, explore the products and makes selections. Further to that, it has opened up a new, direct channel of communication for Ryobi to start a conversation with highly-engaged customers.
