With a $5 billion investment over 10 years ,and 7000, early learning jobs to create, it’s never been more critical for Victoria to have quality kinder teachers in such a quantity.
At the age of 3, children are developing at an unbelievable rate. They’ll have more breakthroughs at this age than almost any other. This makes early educators one of the most important educators in a child’s life. To communicate this, we wanted to tap into the emotional rewards that come from playing this vital role.
IDEA
We captured the moments of wonder that kindergarten teachers help create. And its these moments of wonder that help give Victoria’s kids the best start in life. In collaboration with Passion Pictures director Simon Robertson, we brought this to life with vivid 3D animation.
IMPACT
- Increased enquiries (emails and phone calls) and applications for the Victorian Government’s Early Childhood Scholarships in comparison to the same period in 2018
- Facebook creative delivered a click through rate well above industry average
- Facebook creative drove over 70 per cent of traffic to the campaign website
- Campaign website attracted over 65,000 visitors (as at 28 November 2019)
