A Higher Value On Creativity

Collarts, an independent creative higher education provider, needed to better understand what their customers (students) wanted and how to support them in making their creative career come true. 

To do this, Fenton Stephens undertook a large-scale quantitative research project, asking over 350 potential, current and past students what they needed and what they thought of the education provider’s product, service and brand. The results of this study allowed us to deep dive in our qualitative interviews with over 55 Collarts stakeholders, students and influencers to develop the brands personas, map the current state student journey, understand points of opportunity and design our ideal future state. This included the development of the brands Vision and the strategic CX roadmap to get there. 

The research insights also informed key critical projects like a new brand platform, new website design and specific CX initiatives. the results were outstanding, in just 3 months:
